Letter from Sir Alan Gardiner to Howard Carter concerning Carter's draft of the article for the tomb, later published in Journal of Egyptian Archaeology 3 (2/3). Gardiner is convinced that the tomb belongs to Amenophis I and offers alternative translations for its location as recorded in Papyrus Abbott [British Museum 10221; TM 13222].
