Leuven: Peeters (OEB 167998); p. 44 with contact information and a list of the published volumes, and p. 45 with the author's biographical information (both omitted from the PDF); and inserted loose pages at the end containing additional information on Elbert Ellery Anderson's graffiti, his portrait and an obituary (5 pages), and email correspondence (3 pages).
