This material was sent to the Griffith Institute by Mr Walter Hauser from the Metropolitan Museum of Art, New York, in 1955.

Howard Carter's hand-drawn plan of the entire tomb with intact sealed doorways, and extensive annotations including measurements and orientation. Tomb of Tutankhamun, KV 62, Valley of the Kings, Thebes.

• Although dated 'December 1923' the plan cannot have been completed before 1930, as the four niches in the Sarcophagus chamber are illustrated in the plan.
