Series Petrie MSS 6 - Souvenir Albums

Two albums of photographic ephemera, one containing photographs mainly of locations in the United Kingdom, the other contains postcards of Neolithic monuments in France.

Typewritten note originally attached to this group "Two albums of photographs, 'Scraps' and 'Post Card Album', possibly originally belonging to Lady Petrie."

Not known. Almost certainly the contents of the 'Scraps' album were originally collected by W. M. F. Petrie. These albums are referred to as belonging to Lady Petrie but there is no documentation on file to confirm this attribution.
