Portée et contenu
The solar disk, emerging above the horizon of the mountains, is held by the arms of Nut and those of a personified ankh, with a dressed personified djad pillar supporting the whole group; this central group is adored by four baboons, kneeling Isis and Nephthys and two ba-birds, from a painted wall scene in the Ramesside tomb of Nefersekheru (TT 296), at El-Khokha in Thebes:

- [on mount] '63' (pencil note)
- [on verso of drawing] 'From a tomb near the Scheich El Beleds. / Gurna. / 15th July 1843. / This is not very correct as I drew it from a rough sketch / in my Note Book, and as the place was extremely hard to / get to, I did not take the trouble of going there again. / It is painted, but I saw no cartouche. The style of the / tomb is bad, as are the statues in it. The tomb is possibly / of the time of Amenoph 3rd but it is impossible to judge / from the style the period. / G Ll.' (pencil note)
