Scope and content

Loose mounted watercolour of a plan of the temple of Dendera. Along the bottom edge of the watercolour are handwritten notes: 'NUBIE. R.O. PLAN DU TEMPLE DE DANDOUR. il y a une difference dans l'axe'. On either side of the temple plan on both edges of the watercolour are other faint notes: (left) 'Les deux chambres non sculptées la niche l'est seulement' (right) 'les faces laterales sculptées jusqu'aux bayes A.B'. On the mount is a handwritten note: 'Vue et Plan du Temple de Dandour'.
