A tomb relief scene from the hallway of the early 18th Dynasty tomb of Neferhotep (TT50) at the west bank of Thebes. This scene comes from register I, and shows a group of male figures with servants before the royal figure of Horemheb and Neferhotep being rewarded:

- [on recto, top left corner] 'Plate 4'. (pencil note)
- [on mount, bottom edge] 'Tomb of King Amulek or Horus Thebes opened by G A H'. (ink note)
